At Barrington Music, our approach has proven to produce results while fostering a lifelong passion for music. With patience and positive encouragement, we emphasize the importance of accommodating all learning styles. Our unique curriculum focuses on understanding the fundamentals first. Like most traditional music lessons, we use method books as a means to learn to read and write. Unlike most, we accompany bookwork with songs of the student’s choice, using those songs as a vehicle to learn music theory and gain performance experience.
