Procedural Policies

Students are expected to arrive on time with instrument and materials
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more are subject to forfeiting the remaining lesson time
Parents of children 6 y/o and younger are asked to stay on site for the first few lessons as their child becomes more familiar with our staff and studio
Students are expected to follow a parent guided practice schedule at home (~30 mins/day)

Cancellations require 24 hours notice in order to maintain the credit and receive a makeup
Consecutive no notice cancellations are subject to removal from our schedule
All schedule adjustments require 1 week notice in order to maintain lesson credit
Clients are asked to give the studio 2 weeks notice before entering hiatus

Lessons are 30 minutes in duration

Payments made on multiple 30 minute lessons a week will hold 50% of posted expiration
Payments processed 3 or more days after the lesson date will incur a $20 fee
Payments processed 6 or more days after the lesson date will incur a $40 fee and will be ineligible for discounted pricing.
Payments processed 11 or more days after the lesson date will incur a $60 fee, will be ineligible for discounted pricing and will be subject to removal from our schedule
